This photo was taken at a local Condominuim Association Seminar that invited companies like ours to come and participate with information that is important to the membership. In this case, carpet and air duct cleaning was a subject that they thought was of interest. However, when we started talking about our ERP program (Emergency Reponse Profile) as a useful tool for the facility managers the stories unfolded. When you are dealing with apartments or condos where multiple units can be effected by a single water damage time is of the essence.
