Upon scoping the area, they discovered the subfloor required drying, which means the tiles required removal. The baseboards were removed to open up the wall cavity for drying. Technicians have specialized drying equipment such as the Injecti-Dry that forces air into small spaces to ensure all water-affected areas dry completely. Once mitigation efforts completed, technicians installed support handles on each side of the toilet along with new flooring and baseboards. The final touch of repainting the walls brought this bathroom back to preloss condition.
