Wow!! I highly recommend SERVPRO of Upper Cape Cod and The Islands. We called them early in the morning after discovering an overnight irrigation leak that drained into the basement and they immediately sent out Tommy. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure the basement was completely (and I mean completely) dried out and mold wouldn't develop in our finished basement. It was like the flooding never happened. My basement flooded early Tuesday morning and Patrick from SERVPRO came out right away. He did a great job with the clean up and kindly explained the process thoroughly. The initial cleanup/fans to dry the rugs/removal of the carpet, removal of the damaged sheet rock was fine - in other words, the emergency cleanup.  WILL RUSSELL was great.  He met me there IMMEDIATELY and explained the whole procedure, and explained they may not be able to start any new construction right away because they were swamped with work.

When my office flooded the afternoon of Thursday, January 4th - day of the nor'easter and astronomical high tide - the 1st phone call I made was to SERVPRO. What a relief to know they would be coming out same afternoon to get the process started. Within hours the drying process began and over the weekend the demolition of carpets and walls was complete. It was so important to get everything out to prevent mold and mildew. On Monday they came in ready to talk about putting everything back together again.
